WARNING: Language alert!

Oh I'm sure this video hits home for a lot of women in the workforce. If it doesn't make you laugh- it will make you cry... maybe it will make you do a little bit of both. Even for women who aren't in leadership roles, the concerns are always right under the surface.

How can we be assertive?... but not too assertive? How can we be vulnerable?... but not too vulnerable?

Oh and how does one woman's success- hurt another woman's success? It doesn't... but somehow women make it out to be that way.

I don't know the answer on how to navigate it all but to see it in video... dance scenes in all... and so perfectly articulated... makes me know I'm not alone.

Here's the thing- I wish I could rally all the Lady Bosses together and start a movement- where we can all inspire and lift each other up and say it's ok to speak up. I know, I'm an eternal optimist... and yet, you should know- I'm also a realist and know it will NEVER happen. Hey, here's hoping. Keep- keeping on #LadyBoss - at least you know I've got your back.
