This story may be beneficial to you if you find yourself trying to remember a word or fact that you really do know- but can't seem to come up with it quick enough. Apparently our cognative brain performance peaks in our early 40s! EARLY 40s!?!?!
Seeing as we are living longer and longer- we may want to start a workout plan for our brains! The top piece of advice seems a little counter active. We should rest our brains. The article says we should apply the "Five by Five". Take 5 breaks in a day for 5 minutes a piece. It says "When we let our brain work behind the scenes, we have our best "aha" moments. And don't we all want more of those?"
