Wanting to loose weight? A lot of people start the new year with that resolution. I found an interesting article that says keeping a little extra weight on is actually good for you. Now don't get all excited- according to this article it's a fine line between between overweight and obese and the difference is not good.
Apparently 100 past studies of about 3-million people shows that those who are overweight or slightly obese were linked to about a 6-percent lower risk of dying compared to those who are normal weight.
Don't go binging on the rest of those holiday cookies. It's still better to lose those extra pounds and lower your chances of serious illnesses such as cancer and other diseases. Here's to a healthy you in 2013!
