First Lady Wisdom

I love learning about First Ladies. The women who were married to our nation's presidents are fascinating and must put up with so much and yet look like it's easy as pie.

Former First Lady Barbara Bush is known for being outspoken and to the point.  She recently at The Enduring Legacies of America's First Ladies Conference in Austin and she had some good advice for America- MOVE ON. She says in order to accomplish anything Republicans and Democrats are going to have to compromise- and that's not a dirty word!

She did endorse Mitt Romney but says she's over the elections and encouraged others to be too. Perhaps her family nickname of the "Enforcer" is well earned.
