MOVE
The maker of the movie Kony 2012 is back. The new movie "MOVE" was uploaded to YouTube last night. This is a follow up to the original viral film that aimed to promote the efforts of the charity "Invisible Children" to get Ugandan cult and militia leader Joseph Kony indicted on war crimes against children.
Governments accuse Kony of ordering the abduction of children to become child-sex slaves and soldiers. Some people argue he is dead but officials say they know where he is. He is free in an area they are not able to pursue him in Sudan.
Days after Kony 2012 went viral, Jason Russell the filmmaker suffered a very public breakdown and Invisible Chlidren came under scruitney. It suffered but their efforts to bring attention to this man did not stop that day. This new video tells you what has transpired since March 2012 and makes a new call to action.
On November 17th Invisible Children is asking people from across the country to converge on Washington DC for a march on the White House demanding justice for Joseph Kony.
In light of all that has transpired with Invisible Children are you as compelled to support the mission?
