Did you think last month was hotter than most? Well, you were right it
appears Scientists with the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) say September tied the 2005 record for hottest September on record
ever. Ok maybe when you hear this- you may not think it was
too hot. The combined temperature was 60.21 degrees Fahrenheit. That's a mere 1.21 degrees over the 20th century mark. Records have been kept since 1880.
According to the Associated Press September in the U.S. was only the 23rd hottest. It was most felt in Japan, Argentina, Paraguay, Canada, Australia, Greenland and portions of Russia.
