Fighting PTSD Shirtless

Fort Campbell Kentucky Military Wife Ashley Weis has launched Battling Bare to provide a network of support for the many spouses, children and other family members who also struggle as a result of PTSD with their service members.

Her goal is to raise awareness about PTSD and  she is doing it through pictures. Family members are encouraged to submit their own. The pictures are beautiful yet sad. Her goal is with increased media attention the services and support available to our military members will increase. There are many services available but some may not feel comfortable because of the stigma of asking for help. It is too common for that and time for change.
