Ashley Dupre

She was named the "Call Girl Who Took New York Governor Elliot Spitzer down". But in reality Ashley Dupre was a woman just trying to survive as a high priced escort and doing what she knew she could do best at the time. I'm not offering my opinion on whether I agree or disagree with what she did- but what I am saying is she didn't "Take him down".  Client 9 wasn't forced into some plot by her- he was the one who initiated the whole transaction. That didn't stop the media from bringing Dupre into the international spotlight. Instead of hiding away she looked at is as an opportunity. Since then she has recorded music, posed for playboy, become a sex advice columnist and a clothing store owner. You may judge- some of her steps to be more honorable than others- but now she has the means to provide for herself.

Now Dupre is also a book author. She has teamed up with the NY Post to publish all of her advice columns into a book called "Tricks of the Trade". She offers advice on everything from love and lust to meeting the parents and open relationships.

What is she up to now? She is engaged to the father of her new baby girl. Unfortunately reports say the relationship started when the man left his wife to be with her. She owns a boutique and is according to reports completely in love with her baby daughter.
