Do you have the hardest time picking out the right sized turkey? I really don't know how to do it. Confession- I leave it all up to my husband... a Professional Chef. He no longer cooks everyday at work so I look at it that he gets a chance to pull out all the stops on our holiday meals. LOL I hope he sees it that way too. He always seems to pick the right sized bird. Enough to eat and leftovers for a couple of days. How does he do that? Perhaps it's his expert knowledge of food.
